2010 Take A Bite Out of Hunger Auction

Join us Saturday, October 23rd at 5:30pm for this year's Take a Bite Out of Hunger Benefit Auction to support the work of the University District Food Bank.

This year's event will impress even our most seasoned auction attendees. We will have many past favorites (the restaurant frenzy, dessert dash, and a delicious dinner from Cameron Catering) plus some "Halloween Hijinx" to keep things interesting.

Of course, we'll have LOTS of great items to bid on. Don't miss out on this great event!

This year's auction is again at St. Demetrios Hall in Seattle's Montlake neighborhood. Specific directions to the hall are available at www.demetrioshall.com/directions.htm .

Doors open at 5:30 with complimentary champagne until 6pm. The first table of items closes at 6:30 though so don't be late.

Tickets will be available for sale in July so start gathering your table of guests today.

And it's not too late if you have a fabulous item that you want to donate to the auction. Just call Paul in the food bank office at 206-527-1990.

2010 Benefit Dinner

Thank you to all our friends and family who helped make last February's benefit dinner a success. And special thanks to John Schmidt and his staff for their time and energy and always great food. With your support we raised a record amount. Thanks. And see you at our benefit dinner in 2011.
