We are surveying our U District pantry customers during July 2024. Your survey responses will be used in a few ways including:

  • Evaluating the quality of our current shopping experience,
  • Helping shape the way we plan for pantry growth and improvements over the next 1-2 years,
  • Informing what other service providers we invite to regularly outreach at our pantry,
  • Understanding how our customer community is changing over time,
  • Helping to communicate community level need to potential and current funders, and
  • Informing the City of Seattle about our work as required in our current contract.

No personally identifying information will be associated with any survey responses you make.

At the end of the survey, you will be invited to provide your contact information for entry into a thank you gift raffle. Participation is optional. This contact information won’t be stored with your survey responses and will only be used for purposes of prize notification.
